At RUPAREKHA Lifestyle, most of our premium T-shirts are manufactured only after your order has been successfully placed. Because production begins shortly after order confirmation, cancellations are subject to the conditions below.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

If your cancellation request is approved before manufacturing starts, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once printing or manufacturing has started, the order cannot be cancelled because each item is produced specifically for you.

This policy helps us reduce waste and maintain sustainable manufacturing practices.

• Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after cancellation approval.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been:

• Sent for production.
• Printed or customized.
• Packed for shipment.
• Handed over to the courier.
