At RUPAREKHA Lifestyle, most of our premium products are manufactured only after your order has been successfully placed. Because production begins shortly after order confirmation, our cancellation policy is strictly time-bound to ensure we can process your request before manufacturing starts.

We offer a strict 1-hour (60-minute) cancellation window from the exact moment your order is placed.

If you change your mind or made a mistake during checkout, you can cancel your order directly from your My Orders dashboard within this 1-hour window.

Once the 1-hour window has passed, your order is locked and sent for production. Because each item is printed and produced specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled after this point.

This policy helps us reduce waste and maintain sustainable, made-to-order manufacturing practices. If you still wish to return the item after it arrives, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

If you successfully cancel your order within the 1-hour window, the following applies:

• Approved cancellations are refunded 100% in full to your original payment method.
• Refunds are automatically initiated immediately after you cancel.
• The amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If you chose Cash on Delivery (COD), no payment was captured, so no refund is necessary.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if the cancellation window has passed and the order has been:

• Sent for printing or production.
• Customized or packed for shipment.
• Handed over to the courier.

Additionally, if a package is refused at the time of delivery due to a change of mind, the order is not eligible for a refund.
